This is a fabulous little shop that’s an eclectic venue. They serve all of Argyles’ (a restaurant owned by the same folks in Kitty Hawk) homemade pastries including éclairs, cannolis, fresh cookies and turnovers as well as hand-made Belgian chocolates and fresh natural Gelato, both made by Chef Debra. To go with your sweet treat, check out the gourmet coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, macchiato, espressos, teas and wines. There’s also a gift section of wine and great costume jewelry where you’ll find something for everyone. Splurge on gelato cakes, whole pies and cakes. Sweet Duck is open seven days a week from the end of March until the end of November with reduced hours for December; they’re closed January and February.
